  • 📦 Why am I being charged GET tax at checkout?
    Hawaii law requires all businesses to collect General Excise Tax (GET) on sales made within the state. If you're located in Hawaii, a 4.5% GET will be applied to your order at checkout.
  • 🌐 Do I need to pay GET tax if I live outside Hawaii?
    No. We only collect GET tax for orders shipping to Hawaii. Orders shipped to other U.S. states do not include sales tax unless your state requires it. We monitor nexus thresholds for compliance.
  • 🛡️ Is my personal information safe?
    Yes. We follow industry-standard data protection practices. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
  • 📦 How fast do you ship?
    Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking via email once your order is shipped.
  • 🃏 How are single card orders shipped?
    Orders under $20 ship via envelope (no tracking) Orders $20+ include tracked shipping All cards are securely packed in sleeves and toploaders. No returns are accepted unless the wrong item is sent or the card is damaged with video proof.
  • 🧾 Can I cancel or return my order?
    All sales are final. Cancellations must be requested before your order ships (4% fee applies). If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days with video proof of the unboxing to qualify for a return.
  • What is Rip & Ship and what are the rules?
    Rip & Ship orders are opened live on camera. Once the product is opened, all sales are final. No returns are accepted unless there’s a shipping-related issue, and you must provide video proof upon delivery.
  • 🎥 What do I need to provide for a return claim?
    If your product is damaged or incorrect, you must: Contact us within 2 days of delivery Provide video proof of the unboxing (recorded from the moment the package is opened) We reserve the right to deny returns without this evidence.
  • 🚫 Are sales final?
    Yes. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect and you provide video proof of the unboxing.
  • 💳 What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept secure payments through Wix Payments, PayPal, and other trusted platforms. All billing information must be accurate to process your order.
