These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneSavageCollectibles website and services. By using this site, you agree to follow the terms listed below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in any behavior that disrupts or harms the site, violates any laws, or interferes with others’ experience.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to protect login credentials.

Product Listings & Orders

We strive to accurately display all products and pricing, but errors and availability issues may occur. We reserve the right to modify product listings, adjust prices, and cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in the event of suspected fraud or inventory issues.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other trusted payment platforms. You agree to provide accurate billing information for all purchases made on our website.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, and tracking information will be sent via email.

All sales are final due to the collectible nature of our products. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery
You must provide video proof of the unboxing, recorded from the moment the package is opened
Without video proof, we may not be able to offer a return or refund
If a return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs

If you need to cancel an order, requests must be made before the item ships. Approved cancellations are subject to a 4% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment platform fees.

Rip and Ship Orders

All Rip and Ship orders are opened live on camera.

Once a Rip and Ship product is opened, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless a product arrives severely damaged and video proof is submitted.
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery with unboxing video proof for any issues.

Single Card Orders

Orders under $20 USD are shipped via stamped envelope (no tracking).
Orders $20 or more will include tracked shipping via USPS or equivalent.
All cards are packed securely in protective sleeves and toploaders.
No returns are accepted for singles unless incorrect item was sent.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless a product arrives severely damaged and video proof is submitted.

Sales Tax / GET Notice

Purchases made by Hawaii residents will include General Excise Tax (GET), calculated at the applicable rate. GET is required by law and added at checkout where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product descriptions, images, branding, and original materials—is the property of OneSavageCollectibles. You may not reuse, copy, or modify any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
